SSHW was established from years of neighbors, friends, and family seeking favors to check on each others properties. Unfortunate incidents can occur without routine property checks. What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home looking for obvious issues. SSHW will provide interior and exterior inspections as well as inspections of the property grounds.

What kind of documentation does SSHW provide?
An inspection checklist along with photographs will be sent via email upon completion of inspection, along with a summary of any issues that need to be addressed.

What is your experience and credentials?
SSHW has been vetted and background checked by the National Home Watch Association. With over 40 years of property management and operation experience we aim to set the gold standard for the Home Watch industry and treat your home like it's our own.

How often are inspection services provided while I am away?
We will meet with you at your home for an initial consultation and together determine an inspection plan to meet your requirements.
